Mythos Hellenic Lager Beer favoured by Zeus himself, as well as several other minor deities. Mythos is a pale straw-coloured beer with a thick head reminiscent of shaving foam, leaving weird sculptures on the top of the beer. Biscuity sweet aroma on the nose, faint floral hops. Fairly smooth on the palate, going a bit coarse and grainy as you get into the beer, but smooth by the aftertaste!. Body is borderline medium. Sweetness is low, but even. Hops have that distinct 'Saaz' flavour with a thin flash of a semi-citrusy-lemony hop bite. Quite herbal, Mythos is very light and refreshing. Nice balance between malt sweetness, and a hops bite. Long lasting caramel after taste. Mythos Brewery is the second largest brewery in Greece.
