Austria Eggenberg Hopfen Konig Pilsner 33cl

An excellent pils, brewed with the world-famous Saazer hops. Hopfenkonig has a crisp, clean dry, hoppy nose and aromatic flavours. It starts sparkling clear, with a hint of light yellow with a fizzy, white head and weepy lacing. Light butterscotch, toffee and fescue in the nose. Perfectly balanced with a nice malt profile and grassy hop flavour. Light-bodied with a mildly creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, grassy finish. Very nice pilsner. The fermentation methods have been handed down from generation to generation. Hopfenkonig takes three months to mature.
