Delicate and fruity nose, smell of green melon from Spain. Very nice freshness. A slightly acidulous taste at first, long persistence in mouth. Pure on crushed ice or in cocktails. An exceptionally vibrant liqueur from the ever-wonderful Giffard - this one has been made by macerating green melon! We reckon this would pair very well with Tequila in cocktails, though anything that deserves a tropical fruity kick will be very well suited.
