Palm 25cl

Palm is a rather English style beer but much sweeter on first impact. Palm pours a rich a copper colour, the head is thin and vanishes fast. The aroma is rich and strong with roasted malt with a fruit undertone. Palm beer is full and thick in the mouth, but not over powering. You know you have tasted a solid beer. As the evening wears on Palm tends to become sweet, but remains drinkable to the end of the evening. Although this has great bubbling in the head, the carbonation is rather low key in the mouth. Nice aftertaste, especially after it warms a bit, some woody notes and a very soft bitterness. Quite unusual, not unique enough to be a top class beer but definitely not boring. A most curious brew.
