Oerbier is from the 'De Dolle Brouwers', which means 'the mad brewers'. Oerbier has a sweet, fruity aroma. Wonderfully refreshing and complex, it has a rich, tart taste, reminiscent of sour cherries. It finishes dry and crisp with an almost sharp note toward the end. The aftertaste lingers with slight bitterness and definite sourness ... wonderful!
