This exceptionally smooth vodka captures the heritage of Caithness and celebrates the unique inclusion of Holy Grass, which is sourced from the banks near Thurso River and adds a distinct herbaceous flavour to the vodka. It is believed the grass was discovered by Robert Dick, a legendary botanist from Tullibody who lived in Thurso in the 1800s and this debut vodka from Dunnet Bay Distillery pays tribute to his work.
Delicate and fresh with a creamy smooth finish, Holy Grass vodka is the new release from the husband and wife team behind Rock Rose gin.
Made from a top secret recipe using a copper pot still, Caithness stone and locally-sourced ingredients, the spirit is also infused with a carefully crafted vapour of Highland apples and apple juice, to complement the sweetness of the key ingredient: the Holy Grass botanical.
