Don Angel Gold Tequila is made from the hearts of the agave plant, which is actually a spikey member of the lily family and not a cactus as many people think. This Gold Tequila has aromas of smoke, wood, citrus, leather and tobacco notes. On the palatte it has smoke, salt and heather, lime and minerals, A subtle long finish, but doesn't coat the tongue and keep bothering you like some. It has a understated elegance to it. Ideal as a cocktail ingredient or as a shooter on it's own.
Margarita
2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce premium orange liqueur
1 1/2 ounces lime juice
1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
In a shaker, add ice and all ingredients. Roll and serve in a salt-rimmed glass
