El Jimador Blanco 70cl

El Jimador is made in the historic village of Amatitan in the State of Jalisco and named after the expert Jimador's who harvest the blue agave and judge when the plant is precisely ready for production. Now made from 100% blue agave, The bouquet has a slight alcohol burn, with aromas of grapefruit, white pepper and agave discernible. On the palate, grapefruit and lemon temper the sweetness of agave, while a subtle spice note rounds out the flavor profile. The finish is quick and smooth, with a mild alcohol burn, followed by more citrus fruit and white pepper. The Blanco tequila is bottled immediately - intensifying the clean, clear appearance and taste.
