Carcelli Sambuca is made to a traditional recipe in a small Italian family distillery just outside of Milan. This liqueur from Carcelli sees sambuca infused with black liquorice for an intense flavour profile packed with anise and a soft sweetness. Suitable for enjoying after a meal, or for accompanying a good coffee. Distinctive notes of sweet and salty liquorice, with anise sweetness and a touch of menthol. You should serve Sambuca in a liqueur glass with three roasted coffee beans floating on top. Set it ablaze to provide the ideal conclusion to dinner in true flamboyant Italian style.
