Produced on the 9,000 acre Yattendon Estate in West Berkshire - the largest grower of Christmas trees in the UK. It achieves the skilful balance of carrying depth of flavour while also presenting a smooth, light and crisp mouthfeel. When neat the aromas are enticing with a wealth of vibrant, bright citrus alongside piney juniper. On the palate it is zingy and zesty with citrus, again combining with piney juniper and underlying earthiness. Peppery spice builds into the clean finish as bittersweet citrus lingers. It's a gin that's asking to made into a Martini. With the addition of tonic it's the plentiful pine notes that flourish and come to the fore, making lemon or orange peel an ideal garnish
