From Scotland's first micro-distillery, Strathearn. While their whisky is maturing (they were only founded in 2013), their lovely Scottish gin is ready to enjoy! This is their classic expression of the juniper-libation - a citrus-led nose and a fresh palate to match, with hints of eastern herbs swirling below. Caledonia Gin is a new style citrus gin with its added elements of zest, herbs and spices, it will transport you somewhere between the Southern Mediterranean with its Italian lemons and Spanish grapefruit, or much further East as you detect the hint of kaffir lime leaves and star anise. Best poured over ice with a strong tonic. Add a slice of fresh grapefruit to enhance further
