Papidoux Fine Calvados is a tangy aromatic Calvados, with a fine, bright apple note. Aged for three years in oak casks this gives Papidoux Fine Calvados it's pale golden colour and mellow harmonious flavour.
Pours an amber colour with aromas of buttered nuts, dried fruit, spice. A delicate, supple, and dry, medium-bodied palate. The flavours are subtle baked and dried apple and raw nut. Finishes purely with a dry, spicy apple cider fade. An artisanal and fairly elegant style. However long the spirit has been aged, there will be a notable sharpness due to the original acidity of the cider. Combine this with a pleasing dryness and depth and you'll soon appreciate why this is such a superb digestif.
