It pours a honey-gold colour with a slight haze that gives it a rustic, cellar-fresh character. On the nose, you can expect caramel, honey and plum aromas, plus some gentle malt character. To taste it, it delivers a malty base with soft spice and moderate hop bitterness, balanced by a mellow sweetness from the malt and honey-like undertones. There are also fresh fruity notes, hints of apple and grapefruit that add a bright, clean fruitiness to the profile. The mouthfeel is creamy and effervescent giving a pleasantly smooth, refreshing, and mild drinking experience. The finish is soft, with a fine-spicy and slightly hoppy edge, leaving a clean but flavourful impression that invites another sip.
