Warsteiner Premium Pilsner is a very interesting and unique Pils. It's colour is very gold, golder than any Pils I've ever seen. Perfect whispy big bubbled head. Ring of lace on every quaff. It is hardly bitter at all, which is interesting because most Pils are typically have a bitter taste. This makes Warsteiner very unique. Noble hops and light malt aroma. Very dry in the start and quenching and long in the finish. There was a firm malt body and aroma, edging toward that of a watered down Scotch Whisky. The hops were subtle but quite aromatic in a dusty, summer shower manner. Warsteiner Premium Pilsner is a best-seller in a country where Pilsner is highly regarded. If it's alright with a nation of Pilsner lovers it can't be that bad.
