1664 Blanc is a popular French wheat beer known for its light, refreshing qualities and unique citrus and fruit flavours. Pours a pale, cloudy yellow with a slight haze. Strong aromas of citrus, especially orange, with hints of lemon and lime. There are also subtle hints of peach or apricot, contributing to the fruity bouquet. Mild notes of coriander and a touch of white pepper, adding complexity to the aroma. Pronounced citrus flavour, primarily orange and lemon, which gives it a refreshing and zesty profile. The fruitiness is complemented by light, sweet fruiy notes. Subtle spice from coriander and possibly a hint of clove, enhancing the complexity of the taste. Light malt presence with a soft, wheaty flavour that is smooth and slightly sweet, balancing the fruit and spice.
