Yorkshire Heart Silverheart IPA 50cl

The rich malts and wheat that are blended with gorgeous aromatic hops all go in to brewing this IPA - a superb drink. This hazy straw coloured beer pours with a large foamy head. Aroma is nicely hoppy. Malty and wheat character. It has malty, peppery hops and floral citrus flavours with a very dry delicate fruit finish. Mouthfeel was tingly and bittersweet, while the flavour was a continuation of the spicy floral hops and malty sweetness, along with the hint of apples. A crisp, chewy lightish medium bodied mouth feel, very good drinkability. Yorkshire Heart is a small family run Vineyard & Brewery based in Nun Monkton an idyllic village near York.
