The juice of ripe, crunchy cranberries is combined with wheat grain for this liqueur. The berry fruits are particularly aromatic and are extremely popular in the production of jams, juices and spirits. This also makes the Berentzen Cranberry Liqueur a fruity, fresh highlight. Mix it with Prosecco or cava for a super summer serve. Berentzen was founded in Germany in 1758 by Johann Bernhard Berentzen, as a small grain distillery. Over the last 260 years the house of Berentzen has grown, producing a lot of grain-based fruit liqueurs including Apefelkorn as well as many other brands. Everything is produced to an exceptional high quality due to centuries of knowledge and closely monitored production.
