Distilled six times for velvety smoothness, it's enriched with Madagascan vanilla pods, cinnamon, cocoa, cardamom, and fresh lime peel—then rounded out with locally sourced honey, a touch of Anglesey sea salt, caramel, and pure Welsh spring water. On the nose, you'll detect creamy vanilla melded with salted caramel, warm baking spices, and a whisper of dark chocolate. These aromas carry through to the palate, where you'll experience luxurious layers of vanilla and caramel sweetness, cushioned by gentle honeyed richness. Mid‑palate brings smooth cinnamon and nutmeg warmth, subtle lime brightness, and a richness from the cocoa and cardamom.
