Co-founder Tom left the army in pursuit of the perfect spiced rum, and so Pull the Pin was born! To create it, a range of spices is infused as well as butterscotch, making for a warming, sweet and spicy spirit. Before it's bottled the rum is rested in oak, mellowing the spirit and adding some mature, woody notes. To get the most out of it, try sipping it over ice with a ribbon of orange peel and crystallised ginger. A warm, mellow depth of flavours is created by resting the rum in oak which also adds mature, woody tobacco notes. Hints of butterscotch, roasted hazelnuts, warm cinnamon and brown sugar also feature. Silky, smooth and well-balanced.
