(Orkney) Scapa 10yr Malt Whsisky 70cl

The Scapa 10 Year Old is a recently released single malt Scotch whisky from the Scapa distillery on Orkney. It's part of their new Signature Single Malts collection, which also includes 16 and 21-year-old expressions. The 10-year-old is matured in ex-American oak casks and is known for its tropical fruit notes and subtle spice. It features notes of fresh pineapple, mango ice cream, crème brûlée, and honeyed pancakes, with hints of citrus peel. The palate includes spiced stewed apples, vanilla custard, banana, and light notes of charred oak and milk chocolate. The finish is clean, slightly dry, and pleasantly warming, leaving behind notes of gentle oak and a whisper of seaside brine.
