Professors Club Summer Dry Gin 50cl

Professors Club Summer Dry Gin combines a core of traditional botanicals with citrus peels and deep, earthy and peppery spice. The roots and spices deliver a dry character and depth while lemon peel and grapefruit peel give balance and contrast with bright citrus high notes and rich peely notes. Cardamon and star anise are interwoven throughout and give cohesion and another layer of flavour, all with a smooth and rounded mouthfeel. With tonic the brighter citrus notes and anise notes are elevated to make for a dry and flavoursome G&T that effectively achieves a summery character without a focus on sweet, fruity or floral botanicals.
