Big booming nose that gives everything a London Dry should. Deep & Mellow, yet complex with all the flavour you could want in wonderful integration. A truly underrated Gin. This fabulous gin comes from a brewery in a small village just west of York, Isaac poad are most well know for their seriously good ale rather than gin, however the spirit certainly matches up to the quality of the ale. A classic London dry, with powerhouse juniper taking the lead, then softening off into a seriously smooth & mellow palate. Lovely gin. Made some great home made concoctions with this! Definitely would recommend checking out the isaacpoadbrewing Instagram page which explains some of the cocktails you can make using this and the other gins!
