Saltaire New World 50cl

Deep, flavoursome malts and bright, Pacific hops make this a really satisfying red ale. Pours out a copper colour with red highlights. It has a small, white head of foam with a little lace. Nice typical hoppy scents of maltiness and spices. Some mild floral and hints of strawberries, caramel and boiled sweets. The flavour is a sweet, toffee malty taste, very fruity with raisin notes, and mildly hoppy. A nice balance of sweet malts, mild hops, fruits and just a hint of spice. The beer is on the light side of medium with mild carbonation and a hint of dryness. Quite nutty and floral on the finish. A very pleasant beer to drink.
