Joshua Jane is a rich, nut brown traditional Yorkshire ale made using Amarillo and Columbus hops, both from America, giving it unique Ilkley Brewery hop character. A hoppy and spicy bitter, this is a fine example of what bitter should taste like, sharp and refreshing whilst dry with caramel coming through on th palate. Not overly fragrant, the natural aromas of its ingredients gently waft from the glass. Crystal clear and golden when held to the light with a creamy white head this ale laces to the glass perfectly with every mouthful. Ilkley Brewery is an 8 barrel brewery located in the picturesque Yorkshire town of Ilkley, home of the award winning Mary Jane light session beer
