Harrogate Cold Bath Gold 50cl

Refreshingly floral Golden Ale, rich in both history and flavour. Sunny gold in body, beautifully bright with a solid white foamy head. Ripe, spicy citrus fruits tickle the nose with some honey and a light showing of pine underneath. Dry, slightly savoury and spicy fruits in the mouth. Aged tangerines, tangy grapefruit and vine leaves, very soft showing of clean malts and some dry pine similar to the aroma. This worked nicely. Very light bodied but holds in itself a lot of flavour. Finish has a gripping bitter edge before it slides off fresh and juicy. Becomes nutty as it warms and flattens beyond it's very, very light residual carbonation. Quite a nice quaffer, definitely sessionable.
