Scottish producer Solway Spirits use foraged sloes to create their own Sloe Gin - a richly luxurious expression with a deep, dark hue. Enjoyably sweet, but not out of control. Punchy black pepper and cardamom keep the berry sweetness balanced. To produce our Liqueurs takes a little while as we use some traditional methods. First we use the finest spirits then we forage the local hedgerows for the best quality fruit to make our Sloe Gin, Raspberry Ripple Gin and Apple Schnapps. For the Citrus Gin we use our British suppliers for the finest lemons and limes. The marriage of the spirit, fruit and sugar then takes center stage for up to nine months before they are ready for you to enjoy.
