A clever creation from Bone Idyll, built upon a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados, and the Dominican Republic. After blending, the rum is redistilled with botanicals including scotch bonnet peppers, banana, and lime leaf imparting a superb balance of vibrant fruit, subtle spice, and tangy zest. On the nose, it delivers an enticing medley of fresh citrus zest, herbal undertones of juniper and coriander. The palate is vibrant and multi-layered, with flavors of orange peel, lemongrass, and a whisper of spiced vanilla, complemented by earthy hints of cardamom and clove. A refreshing and gently spiced finish, with lingering notes of citrus, warm spice, and delicate botanicals
