Masham Dry Yorkshire Gin 70cl

The "Spirit of Masham” is handcrafted and is produced in small batches in a copper alembic still using the London Dry Gin method Distilled using the botanicals from our very own Corks and Cases Masala Chai Tea and Hops. The Masala Chai Tea contains two high level plantation whole leaf Orange Pekoe Ceylon teas, which we blend together. We then take six different spices, some of which are toasted to release their oils and blend this with the tea. Then we add Australian Eucalyptus Honey to create our distinctive and unique recipe. Our Masala Chai is now used as one of the core botanicals, along with specially selected Hops that gives our Gin its distinctive and unique flavour.
