Pinkster, 'the Agreeably British Gin', is brought to us by the rather affable Colonel Pinkster! This larger than life fellow is more than happy to take a few moments out of his life of leisure to extoll the virtues of his fair libation! First launched in 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create this premium gin. Whilst juniper is the essential and dominant botanical of the five, the raspberries ensure a smooth finish. The fruitiness on the nose is balanced with scents of juniper coming through and the raspberry is gently prevalent on the palate resulting in a smooth and slightly spicy finish. The signature serve is with a premium tonic, a raspberry and a sprig of fresh mint. Pinkster is hand-steeped in the raspberries that lend its subtle fruitiness.
