Treboom Yorkshire Sparkle 50cl

A Pale Ale, clear and bright with refreshing grapefruit flavours and hints of tropical fruits. It surely is a moreish pint. Pours a pale golden hue with a faint haze and medium carbonation. Yields a decent head of white foam that lasts for a minute or two before reducing to a patchy surface layer. Aroma's of light malt with hints of subtle grain, mild grass, hay, a twinge of floral hops and earthy yeast. Pleasant but subdued. Tastes of light malt with a mild and dry finish. Notes of mild grain, grasssy hay, with faint floral hints, earthy yeast and delicate stewed hops. Well-attenuated, followed by a delicate leafy bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with pleasant carbonation and decent body. Slightly astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of earthy yeast, light malt and faint grass.
