Just like its namesake, Whitetail Gin is superior in strength and power, subtle and smooth - As gentle on the palate as a feather drifting down from the sky. We use sustainably-sourced botanicals, such as juniper, coriander and lemon peel, but the real secrets lie in the botanicals we include that are native to Mull. These include the heather, winter savoury and pine needles from our family estate and the sea-kelp collected from the shores of Loch Scridain. They are carefully harvested by us, by hand (and by the eagle itself). Our gin is then expertly distilled using water freshly sourced from Tiroran's private spring to create the finest there is: a premium London Dry Gin
