Macedonian juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, seville orange peel, lime peel, elderberries, samphire and handpicked New Forest gorse flowers. Rupert wanted to capture the rich aromas of the Dorset countryside and decided to include three locally grown botanicals. Elderberries flourish in hedgerows across the county in late summer and early autumn. Samphire grows abundantly on Dorset's shorelines and mudflats and tastes of the sea. Local gorse flowers, which taste of almonds and exotic fruits, are picked in March and April and dried so they can be distilled through the year. A bright and refreshing spirit, led by a dry Macedonian juniper heart, giving you sweet, sour, bitter and dry all in one delicious package
