Manchester Gin is a small batch premium gin which was launched earlier this year. With a true nod to Manchester, the recipe has incorporated local and northern flavours and botanicals such as dandelion and burdock root, to make an easy drinking yet flavoursome craft gin. Traditionally distilled using 'Wendy' - the bespoke-made copper still of Manchester Gin - this handcrafted expression beautifully straddles the line between classic and contemporary. Delicious when enjoyed in a range of gin based cocktails, or simply with tonic. The 12 botanicals are used including fantastic dandelion and burdock root, a nod to their northern childhoods, as well as juniper, ground almond, coriander, angelica and citrus peels.
