A hand-crafted, Ruby style session beer that's exceptionally dark in colour with a rich, biscuity flavour. Created with cold winter nights in mind, this warming ale is brewed with a touch of barley and generous handfuls of chocolate malt, making it a deliciously comforting and slightly decadent drink to savour while toasting your toes in front of a roaring log fire. Connoisseurs will particularly enjoy the notes of chocolate and liquorice, which are followed by the classic Black Sheep dry and refreshingly bitter finish. The aroma of some coffee with hints of caramel and fruits. The taste of dark fruits. Roasted, some bitter coffee notes. The aftertaste is bitter with notes of sweetness.
