Timothy Taylor Cook Lane 33cl

Named after the site of Timothy Taylor's first brewery in Keighley. The brewers wanted to create a best in class modern IPA using aromatic English grown Cascade and Chinook hops. This gives the beer a less harsh and more gentle flavour profile than many of the extreme, hoppy IPAs currently flooding the market. The zesty citrus notes in the beer will cut through oily fish and add a touch of acidity to these dishes. The juicy tropical flavours of the beer complement Thai and Vietnamese influenced dishes and tone down the heat of spices. Chinook hops are fantastic with rich fish dishes, their juicy flavours are an ideal contrast to fish.
