O Hanlons Thomas Hardy Ale 25cl

Thomas Hardy Ale has a hazy red-brown colour with a giant and slightly brown-tainted head. It has a very complex aroma, steep and rich with honey, toffee, fruit, malt and alcohol all seeping through tons of malts. O'Hanlons Thomas Hardy Ale is earthy and nutty, some fruits too (prune ?), liquorice, and very bitter creamy mouthfeel. The taste was phenomenal! Needless to say O'Hanlon's has done this beer right. Rich syrupy mouthfeel leading to more toffee, some hint of maple syrup and caramel along with fruit, some faint wood and alcohol. An absolute joy to consume! the finish is strongly malty with an endless and explosive warming alcohol kick - a powerful pleasure !
