A fanfare for the power and might of British hops. This strong pale ale is brewed entirely with hops grown in the British Isles. Bramling Cross, Pioneer and Northdown varieties are combined to give a full-bodied, tasty, hoppy beer. Pours with a hazy, dark golden body, a White, filmy-layer of foam. It has a hoppy-sugary nose with some of the sugar sweetness evident within the full body texture and taste. This is very fruity with berries, currants and pears, leafy hops and caramel malts. Bittersweet tail. Medium bodied and smooth. Satisfying British pale ale. Treboom is an award-winning microbrewery established in Shipton-by-Beningbrough near York early in 2012.
