Lindisfarne Mead is produced using traditional methods at the winery on Holy Island. This heady fortified wine uses honey sourced worldwide to create the perfect balance. A vatted blend of honey, locally drawn water, fermented grape juice, neutral spirits and elderflower juice. Elderflower helps to balance the natural sweetness of Mead to prodcue a drink which is a delight. Ideal as a gentle desert wine or to utilise for a refreshing, longer spritzer style libation.
