Wharfebank Camfell Flame is an Award Winning chestnut coloured premium ale, brewed with a complex mix of malts, English hops with Celeia aroma late hops, and unusually Demerara sugar. A beer bursting with roasted flavour. Pours a dark orange amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, nutty, caramel, fruity. Taste is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, oats, toffee and late fruit, nutty and dry. Sweet maltiness with a little burnt caramel in the background, smooth and reasonably full. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Lightly roasted with hints of berry.
