Saltaire Citrus Pale Ale 50cl

A single hopped American pale ale showcasing the mango and rich tropical fruit flavours of the Citra hop balanced against a sweet malt base enhanced with Munich malt. Pours almost clear golden, topped with small white head. A nice aroma of grapefruit and lemon with a hint of malt.Very nice citrusy, tropical fruity nose, maltiness in the back. As you would expect, the Citra hop shines through in the taste with a nice citrus fruity flavour. Modetately bitter with fruit touches in the taste. Lasting and solid aftertaste. Light body. Nice and fresh. It's well balanced and quite smooth leading to a nice slightly bitter aftertaste. It's not quite as sharp as some others of this ilk, but it's a really nice refreshing
