Dunnet Bay Distillers are the most northerly distillery on the mainland based at Dunnet in Caithness. A micro gin distillery, that will use botanicals that showcase and promote the heritage and provenance of Caithness and the Highlands of Scotland. A spirit which reflect the Caithness way, where the freshest of air and purest of water are in abundance. Each is hand distilled slowly, thoughtfully and passionately to create an exceptional product. Each year will herald a new vintage.
