Blanche de Bruxelles pours light yellow, almost straw, with solid but not excessive carbonation. It leaves a thick head with moderate lacing as it recedes. Blanche de Bruxelles is cloudy in appearance, as a witbier should look. Heavy coriander aroma with hints of bubblegum, a bit of citric tartness lies in the background. a bit of banana and white pepper spice as well. Incredibly smooth taste, with a mild yeast and wheat profile, excellent balance. A bit lemony with delicate malt sweetness and fleeting coriander, not overly spiced, these are subtle flavours which play nicely with one another. ultra clean finish leaves nothing but the faint taste of white bread crust.Blanche de Bruxelles tasted fresh and delicious.
