Bradfield Farmers Blonde 50cl

Pours a bright pale straw hue, with a creamy white frothy head and plenty of fizziness in action. An aroma with a savoury-sweet and buttery touch of yeastiness comes along with some very mild wheat grainy malts, while a peachy, citric edge of English hops and a lightly hayish tinge of Saaz hops both play the second fiddle. In the remote corner there seems to be a wee bit of spice. Taste is floral as well as grape-fruity flavour leads towards sweet and lingering grainy malts, showing a rough balance. Both pale malts and zesty hops, before a drying bitterness takes over and leaves an herbal sweetness to mingle with the residual tangy yet refreshing mouthfeel.
