At the Lyme Bay Winery they are passionate about keeping the craft of West Country cider-making alive. For over fifteen years they have used the freshly pressed juice of locally grown, traditional cider apple varieties such as Dabinett, Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill, to produce a quality range of real, full flavoured ciders. Lightly fizzy and refreshing. Appearance: Clear amber with white bubble head on the pour. Aroma: Apple, floral, honeyed, light caramel note. Taste: Medium sweetness, fruity apple with a tangy, vanilla note. Slighty slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low acidity. Thick grainy texture, light bodywith average carbonation, with an abrupt, chalky, apple finish. Comments: Tasty
