Jack Ratt Scrumpy Half Flagon Cider 50cl

Jack Ratt a Still, Medium Sweet, filtered cider in a traditional 0.5ltr glass flagon Pours a lovely peachy orange colour and a nose with bitter sweet apples with a creaminess. The taste is of peachy sweet, rather than a particularly big apple flavour. Softly sweet though with some light skin tannins. Fruity apple skin character, medium in structure, the texture is tight and long and lean and this continued into the long drying finish.
At the Lyme Bay Winery we are passionate about keeping the craft of West Country cider-making alive. For over fifteen years we have used the freshly pressed juice of locally grown, traditional cider apple varieties such as Dabinett, Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill, to produce a quality range of real, full flavoured ciders.
