Lombardo has been making Marsala on Sicily since 1881. This particular one has been made with the kitchen very much in mind. Full of nuttiness with plenty of character and flavour, it's perfect for Zabaglione and Tiramisu. Marsala Fine - designates a Marsala wine that is aged for a minimum of one year. This is a typical cooking wine classification. This particular amber coloured semi sweet Marsala wine makes for a tasty tipple when served alongside treats like pannetone and traditional fruitcake. A blend of catarratto and grillo, it is rich and warm with roasted notes and dried fruit flavours. Also very handy to have in the kitchen for preparing a host of Italian desserts.
