Treboom Kettle Drum 50cl

That huge drum at the back of the orchestra is the inspiration for our best bitter. With great presence and robust flavours it really bangs the drum for beer. Copper coloured with a distinct fruity flavour from Cascade hops. Pours a brownish-amber hue with faint haze and medium carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that subsides to a patchy surface layer. Aroma of fruity hops with hints of pine resin, subtle citrus, caramel malt, mild brown sugar, a touch of grain and earthy yeast. Tastes of aromatic hops and caramel malt. Notes of pine resin, citrus peel, grain, caramel, subtle brown sugar, earthy yeast. Slightly sweet, followed by a robust bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with pleasant carbonation and decent body. Pretty astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of bitter stewed hops/leaves, mild pine, caramel malt and earthy yeast.
