Elderflower Wine by Lyme Bay Winery A dry old fashioned wine with floral flavours. A perfect picnic, aperitif or lunchtime tipple.
There are interesting floral aromas. Good Jasmine and Lychee notes on the palate and a rich mouthfeel verging on thickness, but ultimately clean and refreshing. We (the GTA judges) felt it would work very well with food. A well made wine.
