North Yorkshire Pale Ale 50cl

A classic IPA, brewed with English malt and English hops. Dry hopped with loads of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings for a pleasant floral and grassy character. Pours a pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of biscuits, grass and hints of citrus. Malty, slightly fruity taste with citrus, biscuity malt and hints of wheat. Light body, with balanced sweetness and low bitterness. Dry with sweet, light lemon, caramel and pepper on the finish. Dry and hoppy, yet overall quite light. This Organic Micro Brewery offers an opportunity to taste freshly brewed beers situated in the former coach house of Pinchinthorpe Hall, and uses natural spring water from the Hall's very own spring. Brewed using live yeast,
