Botter Sparkling Rosato 75cl

Italian sparkling rose from Veneto Italy, made with Raboso. This pink prosecco style wine is light and delicate with plenty of strawberry, raspberry and forest fruits.
Casa Vinicola Botter was founded in 1928 by Carlo Botter, this family run winery is now in its third generation, originally a negociant selling to restaurants. During the 1950's brothers Arnaldo and Enzo transformed the company, increasing its size and shifting to sales of their own bottles. Fast forward to the present and Botter exports 90% of its production to around 40 countries worldwide. The focus is very much on innovation through environmentally friendly policies.
